based out of Pearland, TX a suburban town outside of Houston, TX. The band is currently a four piece consisting of Ralph Wallace on drums, percussion and bass, Seth Gibbs on guitar, vocals, bass and piano, Meredith Gibbs on harmonies and bass and Zach Gibbs on guitar, bass, backing vocals and piano. The band name which is a Czech word, is technically untranslatable into any other language, but roughly means "a sudden insight into one's own personal misery". Litost (pronounced lee-tosht). They played the Vans Warped Tour in 2006, which was their first show as a band. They will be on tour for most of the next two years.
