Winners of 2 MMA's! Switchblade UK formed back in late 2005 as a three piece and wrote, recorded and produced their first album 'Darkfalls' in 2006 under the watchfull eye of Alan Wilson. Staff changes saw the band go from a three piece to a four piece when Kate Baben(Bass) and Daff Parry(Guitar) joined following the departure of Nathan Foxhall(Bass). Due to heavy work commitments Kate was also forced to quit the band after 18 months with Switchblade but was quickly replaced with present bassist Nick 'Niko' Burton.
Switchblade pride's itself on writing all it's own original material albeit with many influence's to guide us, and are not afraid to experiment and be different but always keeping the heavy Switchblade sound
